Endurance Pre-workout Essential Oil blend contains peppermint, clove, lemon, grapefruit, cinnamon, and bergamot essential oils diluted with grapeseed oil.

All oils are 100% therapeutic grade and pure. Always check with your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding! If this blend is for a child, please let me know when you order so I can dilute it appropriately.
