I combine fennel (Foeniculum vulgare dulce) clove (Eugenia caryophyllata), wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), and marjoram (Origanum Majorana) in a roller to be used topically. Just roll oil over the pain affected area. For external use only. All oils are 100% pure, therapeutic grade, and non-GMO!
